Welcome to Inflight Feed, a treasure trove of information about airline food and recordings of the inflight meal experiences of its’ editor. 

Inflight Feed offers passengers the scoop on airline food from more than 150 airlines worldwide: how to order special meals, what food might be on offer in flight and how to upgrade inflight meals.

Nik has spent the past 15 years in the travel and airline industry, and he speaks regularly at industry events. He’s worked with airlines, inflight caterers and education providers in various roles including learning and development, digital marketing and a journalist. His written articles have appeared in Onboard Hospitality, South China Morning Post, CNN, Yahoo! Travel and others. Airlines worldwide have used his comments to market their inflight service offerings to customers including Aegean Airlines, Transavia and China Southern Airlines. 

More than 130,000 people visit Inflight Feed each month, and Nik’s data-driven offerings and personal insights have garnered him thousands of followers through social media, particularly on Instagram (#inflightfeed).
