Another one of my favourite airlines in Europe is Air France, I’ve flown them so many times, in economy, premium economy and business class. They are always great to fly with, and the food is delicious. I was living in Paris when I took this flight, and I had to get to Athens to say goodbye to a dear friend of mine as I am travelling to Australia for a while.

I decided to take Air France from Paris to Bucharest and then continue onto Athens with TAROM.

Menus are a great touch, especially in premium cabins, not all airlines offer inflight menus, especially ones as chic as this.

What I loved most about this meal was that it was created by three-star Michelin chef Regis Marcon. It was a delicious experience consisting of Sauteed shrimp with quinoa, a veal shank with risotto, cheese, bread (got to love the French) and chocolate cake.

The crew kept coming through with even more bread (and wine) while all served with lovely smiles too. Everything about this meal was fantastic, and one of my favourite meal experiences when flying around Europe. I can’t wait to fly Air France again soon.
