On flights over 11 hours in duration, the airline will provide a third service of meals.SPECIAL MEALS Special meals on Alitalia can be pre-ordered on all long-haul flights in Economy class, but note that on shorter trips you can only order special meals to/from Rome-Tel Aviv-Rome, Catania/Palermo to Moscow and Catania/Venice to S. Petersburg. Kosher meals require 48 hours notice except when departing from Tel Aviv where only 24 hours is required.
