It was about time I took another flight with easyJet it’s been at least two years since the last one and the airline recently launched a new summer menu. I take a flight from Milan to Paris and another flight from London to Reykjavik to see what’s available for purchase on their inflight menus.

LOOK OUT FOR

easyJet are offering a new range of salads but alas on all of my flights I was unable to snag one, they are popular. There’s also a range of great inflight snack boxes with options for adults and kids, you can check out further details about these on the easyJet menu here.

THE MEALS

I ordered the Croque Monsieur, the Kids Snack Box and the Vintage Lemonade.

WHAT WAS GOOD

I actually ordered the Croque Monsieur on my flight from Milan to Paris and ordered it again on my flight from London to Reykjavik. I have eaten our fair share of inflight toasties but this Croque Monsieur was absolutely perfect. It was the right temperature and wasn’t soggy like most toasted sandwiches served at 35,000ft.

The Vintage Lemonade is a great choice to help wash down the tasty Croque Monsieur.

NOT SO GOOD

I think the easyJet inflight meal experience is quite good and whilst the hot food range is great, it would be great to see a real airline meal served on an easyJet flight. So easyJet how about offering a nice range of proper airline meals that we can pre-order cheaply before our flight!?
