One of my favourite airlines in Europe is Air France; you can read more Air France reviews right ici et ici. I’ve flown them many times, in economy, premium economy and business class. The service has always been excellent, and the food is delicious. On this trip, I flew from Paris to Bucharest with Air France and then continued onto Athens with Tarom.
I was surprised to receive a printed menu for this short flight.
The meal was created by three-star Michelin chef Regis Marcon, it was a delicious meal consisting of sauteed shrimp with quinoa, a veal shank with risotto, cheese, bread and chocolate cake.
During the meal service, the crew continually offered more bread and wine. The portions were plentiful, and the veal was soft and melted in your mouth.
