Royal Jordanian Airlines is the flag carrier airline of Jordan, headquartered in Amman. It was founded in 1963 and currently operates a fleet of over 30 aircraft flying to over  60 destinations in the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Royal Jordanian meals are always complimentary. On medium to long flights, the airline serves full meals that include a variety of delicious dishes from local and international cuisines. On shorter flights, light snacks are offered. The Economy class menu includes over 40 dishes that cover the three main meals of the day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

SPECIAL MEALS

Can be pre-ordered at least 24 hours before departure and include the following meals:

  • Vegetarian Jain: A meal that is prepared according to the dietary guidelines of Jainism, which prohibits the consumption of all animal products, including meat, poultry, fish, eggs, and dairy products.
  • Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian Meal: A meal that does not contain any meat, poultry, or fish, but does contain dairy products and eggs.
  • Vegetarian Oriental Meal: A meal that is prepared in an Eastern Asian style and does not contain any meat, poultry, or fish.
