Volaris meals are not included in the price of your ticket. Passengers can purchase a wide selection of snacks and drinks from the ‘In the Clouds’ menu which is located in front of your seat pocket.

The airline also offers a children’s package which includes a backpack and colouring book and a relaxation package that provides earplugs, a sleep mask and a pillow.

The Entre Nubes inflight menu has an assortment of fresh sandwiches, turkey croissants and other snacks for sale inflight. Breakfast items include croissants, oats and pancakes, plus a variety of snacks.

Note that only Mexican pesos are accepted for cash payments, and you can pay by American Express, Master Card and Visa.
Visa Electron debit cards are not accepted. For cash payments, the 1,000 MXN
bills are not accepted. On flights from the USA to Mexico, USD bills are accepted as a form of cash payment. However, no change is given, and no coins are accepted.
